Edward Denton
Project Manager
Edward Denton serves as a Project Manager at Cornerstone Custom Home Builders, bringing experience, leadership, and a strong foundation in construction and business.
Edward lives in Louisburg with his wife, Jordan, and their dog, Tilly. He has been a member of the Cornerstone team for three years and brings over a decade of construction experience gained through his family’s business.
In August 2025, Edward earned his General Contractor’s license. He also holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from East Carolina University. Outside of work, Edward enjoys spending time with family and continuing to work alongside his dad in their family business.
Kevin Silverio
Construction Technician
Kevin Sliverio serves as a Construction Technician at Cornerstone Custom Home Builders, bringing years of hands-on experience, dedication, and craftsmanship to every project.
Kevin has been working in construction since he was just eight years old and began working alongside Billy at age sixteen. He has officially been part of the Cornerstone team for the past eight months and has nearly three years of experience working with the company overall.
During high school, Kevin earned first place in a construction-based SHED competition, showcasing his early skill, creativity, and passion for the trade.
Outside of work, Kevin enjoys lifting weights and continuing to grow his skills in the construction field.
Ashleigh Tanner
Administrative Assistant
Ashleigh Tanner serves as the Administrative Assistant at Cornerstone Custom Home Builders and has been part of the team since January 2026, supporting daily operations and helping keep projects organized and running smoothly.
Ashleigh holds a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from NC Wesleyan University and spent over 15 years teaching high school math before transitioning into the family business. Her background in organization, problem-solving, and communication brings a strong foundation to her role at Cornerstone.
With a lifelong love for home design and floor plans, Ashleigh hopes to one day design homes and draw blueprints. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family, being at the beach, and soaking up warm weather.
